Michelle Malachowski serves as Chief Financial Officer at Accurate Personnel, LLC, where she oversees financial strategy and operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and long-term fiscal strategy.

With over 30 years of experience in finance, Michelle joined Accurate Personnel more than 11 years ago and has been instrumental in building the company’s finance team from the ground up. She holds an MBA from Roosevelt University. Michelle cherishes the family-like culture at Accurate Personnel, where the meaningful friendships and sense of community she has built over the years make it a truly special place to work.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, and spending time near the water. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with a variety of furry, feathered, and scaly companions.
