A second generation owner and CEO of Accurate Personnel, Robert Migliore has distinguished himself as a leader in the staffing industry. Since around the age of 10, Rob has taken an interest in the family business. His first job was serving under the watchful eye of his father assisting the Direct Hire team at Accurate Personnel. He quickly developed a keen interest in staffing and began plotting a career path in the world of business.

His extensive background in the world of staffing has helped him develop an expertise when it comes to working with people. Rob cites his experience working with a wide range of individuals as a foundational tool in his skillset.

Over the years, he has developed a very detailed knowledge base on the functions of many different industries. Rob is an expert when it comes to the details, whether working in food manufacturing to logistics or even electronics.

As he has progressed into his leadership career, Rob has developed strategic partnerships with clientele in a wide range of industries, allowing Accurate Personnel to offer complete staffing solutions for companies across the country.

He has also developed local relationships in northern Illinois and regional partnerships in the southeastern United States, as he strives to position Accurate Personnel strategically to achieve sustainable growth in the years to come.

Most recently, Rob has been working from the Lakewood Ranch area while a new corporate headquarters is being built nearby.

Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, who all intend to come into the company as part of the third generation of the family business. He credits the success of Accurate Personnel to its founders, his parents Anthony and Deborah. He is steadfast in his belief that everything the organization has accomplished was achieved by the foundation that was laid in 1978.

In his free time, Rob likes attending live sports events, especially hockey games. He remains a supporter of all the Chicago teams and he cites The Godfather as the greatest movie ever made. You can find him at a ballgame or relaxing within earshot of Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin.
